1. Return Eligibility
  1. 30-Day Returns (Unopened Products):

    • Customers may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

    • Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and undamaged.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  2. 15-Day Quality Replacement (Defective Products):

    • Defective or damaged products may be replaced within 15 days of delivery.

    • To request a replacement, contact support@emberpuff.com with proof of defect or damage (photos or videos).

    • Once approved, EmberPuff will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of vaping products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used e-liquids or disposable vapes

  • Products without original packaging or labeling

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers


3. Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support at support@emberpuff.com to request a return or replacement.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  3. Receive return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

  4. Ship the product back to the designated address using a secure shipping method.

  5. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed.


4. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.


5. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, except for defective or damaged items.


6. Shipping & Risk
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged when returning.

  • Risk of loss during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective.


7. Compliance & Safety
  • All returned products must comply with adult-only (18+) regulations.

  • Returned vaping products cannot be resold if opened, in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.
